HCESC Co-Op NJ State Approved

About Us

The Hunterdon County Educational Services Commission operates a State of NJ approved Cooperative Pricing System, established in 1990, with the main objective of saving time and money. In addition, the bidding requirements for goods and services purchased are satisfied. The co-op currently consists of over 550 members, and growing. Schools, colleges, universities, libraries, county & local governments, county & municipal authorities and special service districts may become members.

The system operates within a well-defined structure of accountability for effectiveness and efficiency and continues to lighten the burden placed on local taxpayers. In addition, it has leveled the playing field so that no matter the size of a district, the best resources remain within reach.

There is no fee to join, belong or use any of the wide variety of bids available. Please see our "How to Join" link for more information. Unfortunately, non-profits can not be members, but charter schools can. Once your membership has been approved by the State, you become a lifetime member.
