From points North:
Garden State Parkway to Interstate 78 West.
Exit to Route 31 South.
Follow Route 31 South for approximately 9 miles.
Turn right onto County road 617/Sandhill Road; Sandhill Professional Building will be on the right.
Entrance into Hunterdon Community Healthcare campus is the second driveway on the left (across from Sandhill Professional Office Building entrance).
Proceed straight after turning into driveway and Hunterdon County ESC building will be on your right.

From points South:
Route 295 North to Route 95 South to exit for Route 29 North (towards Lambertville).
Follow Route 29 to Route 179 North to Route 202 North (which joins Route 31 past Ringoes).
Follow 202/31 North to Flemington traffic circle.
Go around circle to Route 31 North.
Follow Route 31 North past Hunterdon Medical Center (on left).
Turn left at the next traffic light onto County Road 617/Sandhill Road.
Entrance into Hunterdon Community Healthcare campus is the second driveway on the left (across from Sandhill Professional Office Building entrance).
Proceed straight after turning into driveway and Hunterdon County ESC building will be on your right.
