Cooperative Pricing
Program The ESC acts as the lead agent for a cooperative comprised 134 school district and municipality members within the state of New Jersey. Cooperative Pricing
is a purchasing system whereby the lead agency (ESC)
prepares and advertises for bids, awards a master
contract to the lowest responsible bidder, provides
for its own needs and extends the prices to the registered
members. Additionally, the ESC offers personalized
service and quick turn-around time. By working together,
we can utilize our resources more effectively while
satisfying our bidding requirements.
The ESC is dedicated to the objective of obtaining
lower costs by purchasing in larger volume for its
members utilizing no outside purchasing or management
services.
Commodities offered include, but are not limited to:
Members are entitled to purchase from all of our bids. There is no fee to join and no obligation to participate
in any of the bids. They are simply available to purchase
from if you choose to.

Our purchasing agreement must be signed, board approved and returned to the Purchasing Manager along with a copy of your resolution. Once this is done, the ESC board formally welcomes your organization as a member and is registered with the State of New Jersey. Did
